Who You Are We are seeking an experienced childcare solicitor who can manage a mixed caseload. The ideal candidate will report to the Principal Solicitor and demonstrate proficiency in handling cases related to pre-proceedings, care proceedings, DOLS, NRPF, and provide general advice. What the Job Involves You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of childcare legal cases. Advocacy experience is desirable, as you will be required to undertake advocacy in the Family Court and cover hearings lasting up to one day. Skills Up to date knowledge of Children's law Excellent written and oral communication skills Organise and prioritise workload to meet deadlines Teamwork ability IT literate with experience using case management systems
