Salary: £33,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: As an IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support professional, we expect you to possess the following skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Office 365. Experience with VMware, Citrix, and Azure is ideal, though familiarity with at least two of these technologies and a desire to learn more is acceptable. Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and preferably some experience with Group Policy. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ideally at the enterprise level or within a managed service provider (MSP). Responsibilities: In this role, you will need to become SC Cleared and contribute positively to our team dynamics.
