Pharmacist Functional Assessor (Full-Time, UK-Wide) Salary: £37,500 £46,813 (dependent on location)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Working pattern: Hybrid (on-site + home-based)
Experience: Minimum 1 year UK practice as a GPhC-registered Pharmacist
About the Role We are recruiting experienced GPhC-registered Pharmacists from across the UK to join our national team of Functional Assessors. This role is ideal for Pharmacists looking for predictable daytime hours, structured progression, and a fresh way to apply their clinical knowledge outside of traditional pharmacy settings.
Full training is provided, and you will be supported throughout no previous Functional Assessor experience is required .

Key Responsibilities Conduct functional assessments using a structured clinical framework
Review medical and supporting evidence as part of the assessment process
Produce clear, accurate, high-quality clinical reports
Maintain GPhC standards and follow professional best practice
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
What Youll Need To be considered for this role, you must:
Be a GPhC-registered Pharmacist
Have a minimum of 1 years post-registration UK experience
Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Be confident using digital systems within a hybrid working model
