Location : Rochester, BAE Systems
Duration : 12 months
Hourly Rate : £69.72 PAYE or £94.24 Umbrella

As a senior technical leader, you will :
* Lead complex hardware design from requirements to delivery
* Drive innovative digital and / or analogue electronic solutions
* Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to optimise system performance
* Produce high-quality engineering artefacts to industry standards
* Mentor and develop junior engineers
* Champion safe working practices across all activities
What You’ll Bring
* Strong background in digital and / or analogue hardware engineering
* Full lifecycle development experience, ideally on safety-critical systems
* Sound engineering judgement and understanding of cost, schedule and risk
* Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Expedition, SPICE / Simetrix, MATLAB / Simulink, DOORS (advantageous)
* Degree / HND in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
