What we look for:
1. Strong Experience within FMCG, in National Accounts roles (UK grocery, convenience, or wholesale)
2. Experience in alcohol or ARTD categories is a plus, but not essential
3. A strong commercial mindset, with a track record of delivering growth and unlocking opportunities
4. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
5. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
