Healthcare Assistant
* Hourly Rate: From £13.77 (enhanced weekend and bank holiday rates) plus paid mileage
* Location: Oxford, Thame, Kidlington, Bicester
* Job Type: Zero-hour contract with potential to move onto permanent Full-time/Part-time/Flexible hours contract

Day-to-day of the role:
* Visiting clients in their own homes to provide care and support.
* Assisting with personal care, medication, meals, and engaging in friendly conversation.
* Supporting people with mobility or outings to enhance their daily life.
* Contributing to the well-being of clients by making their day, every single day.
* Supporting the 24-hour carer by providing necessary respite.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* A warm, caring attitude and the confidence to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone’s life.
* Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (assistance provided).
* Must already have the legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorships offered).
