Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):


You'll own YouTube strategy for our portfolio of B2B clients, directly impacting their lead generation and pipeline growth. This isn't about vanity metrics or \"content for content's sake.\" You'll build content systems that turn attention into booked calls and convert viewers into customers.


The Role: B2B YouTube Strategist
Core Responsibilities:1. Strategy Creation & Channel Systems
* Own the strategic planning process for client YouTube channels
* Audit channels and diagnose what's broken (positioning, topics, packaging, CTA)
* Build channel positioning around each client's offer without being \"salesy\"
* Create monthly content calendars + weekly idea pipelines
* Develop titles and thumbnail concepts that stop the scroll
* Produce ~3 strategy briefs per day (45 min target per brief once trained)
2. Research & Market Intelligence
* Research YouTube weekly to identify new angles, patterns, and winning formats
* Conduct deep competitor analysis to understand ICP pains, language patterns, and offer angles
* Study client industries and develop usable strategies within 1-2 business days
* Stay current on B2B YouTube trends and lead-gen best practices
* Translate business offers into content that pulls leads
3. Performance Optimization & Iteration
* Weekly review of views → booked calls metrics
* Adjust topic selection and packaging when views dip
* Refine CTA strategy and lead capture when conversions drop
* Collaborate with scriptwriters and editors to ensure clean execution
* Build systems that turn attention into pipeline consistently
