Title: UK Sales Manager - Labels Manufacturing (Printing/Packaging)
Location: Remote - can be based anywhere in the UK with domestic travel as required.
Package: £70,000-£80,000 base salary, with a 20-25% target bonus
Responsibilities:
* Strong focus on driving new business
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
* Set short-term and long-term sales targets.
* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
* Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
* Manage sales documentation, pipelines, and CRM data integrity.
Requirements:
* Must have experience in the labels or printing industry
* Ideally has experience selling in to Logistics, E-Commerce or Retail sectors
* Strong experience building new business pipelines
* Bachelors degree preferred
* Ability to travel across the UK
