Contract Type: Permanent Full Time - 37.5 hours over 7 days on a rota basis
Salary: £13.25 per hour + £75 sleepover payment

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-quality, person-centred care in supported living environments.
2. Support and guide volunteers delivering care within the household.
3. Assist with daily living arrangements, including cultural and spiritual activities.
4. Support individuals with personal care, upholding dignity and respect at all times.
5. Help plan and review individualised support plans in collaboration with team leaders.
6. Contribute to a safe and healthy environment through risk assessments and medication procedures.
7. Encourage participation in household routines and wider community life.
8. Maintain confidentiality and accurate records in line with organisational policies.
9. Assist with the responsible management of household and personal finances.
