Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their established Architectural practice based in Lewes. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team working on large scale projects within the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. Our client work on a variety of projects which range from smaller scale million pound developments and up to the value of £250m. Architectural Technologist Job Overview
* Work on a range of projects from small sale £1 Million projects to large scale £250 Million projects
* Design / work on projects within a variety of sectors
* Submission of planning / building regs
* Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required to do so
* Work as part of a team small design/technical team
Architectural Technologist Job Requirements
* Based within a commutable distance of Lewes
* Motivated individual
* Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
* 2+ years relevant Architectural experience
* Good technical standard
* Vectorworks knowledge advantagous, however traninig can be provided to those with more of an AutoCAD / Revit background
