Location: Crewe, Cheshire (2 days WFH)
Salary: £37,000 basic + uncapped bonus, year 1 OTE £100k
The Role:
We are working with a growing Managed Services company who are looking for a proactive Account Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing a portfolio of 100 client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities to upsell additional services.
What Youll Be Doing:
Managing a portfolio of 100 client accounts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Identifying and executing upsell opportunities across your accounts.
Acting as the main point of contact for your clients.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Providing regular updates on account performance and growth opportunities.
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience as an Account Manager in a tech sales environment. (Tech sales experience is essential.)
Full UK Driving licence
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
Experience with upselling and business growth initiatives.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
