We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Advisor post in the Next Steps Service. We need a Personal Advisor who can support Care Leavers to: Achieve the high aspirations and ambitions that our they have to ensure Care Leavers are supported to reach their full potential. Ensuring timely and meaningful visits and pathway planning for young people to evidence their part in planning for their future. Build meaningful, trusting relationships where Care Leavers feel safe, valued and respected so they have a successful adult life.
