Role Description
This is a 4 day in hiusr, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Warwickshire. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and optimising Hatton World’s social media presence across various platforms. Responsibilities include devising and implementing content strategies, creating engaging posts, handling communication with the online community, monitoring social media metrics, and developing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with marketing goals and brand identity.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
* Strong skills in Communication and Writing
* Experience with crafting and implementing Content Strategies
* Ability to analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
* Basic knowledge of graphic design or familiarity with social media management tools is a plus
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not essential
* Previous experience in a similar role or the hospitality/entertainment industry is advantageous
* Basic understanding and experience in META and Google advertising
