This is a truly unique opportunity for an experienced software engineer who is seeking to join a tech company that is truly scaling (competing and winning against the big names in AI in industry today) and to future proof their career. Working on one of their core products, as a Senior Back-end Engineer you will own the design, quality, and delivery of back-end systems and services working with Node.js primarily.
What You'll Do
* Lead and mentor more junior back-end engineers.
* Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices.
* Work with product and engineering teams to shape technical solutions.
* Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
* Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and reliable.
What We're Looking For
* You'll have deep commercial experience in back-end development (Node.js).
* You'll have a strong background in scalable, server-side architecture.
* Experience delivering services at scale.
* Comfortable working in agile teams.
* Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
* Up to £70,000 with a leading benefits package which includes amazing annual leave entitlement (one of the best in the private sector) and share options.
