Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting each child’s individual needs while providing a high standard of care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observing, assessing, and planning engaging early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
* Collaborating with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
* Diligently following risk assessments and reporting health and safety matters to management.
* Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
