JOB SUMMARY:
To carry out a range of general Site, garden, property and related maintenance duties in order that guests experience pleasant, comfortable, well maintained and well presented surroundings at all times. Maintenance duties should be carried out to the specification and standards set by the Line and Site Manager and completed in a timely fashion.
SCOPE:
Look after, as part of a team of 3, and maintain 45 properties, public areas, swimming pool, sauna and garden work ensuring a high standard at all times. Training will be given where necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Painting and decorating
* Electrical Maintenance (excluding new installations)
* Small Building works
* Cleaning
* Grounds and gardening maintenance
* Maintaining Pool and pool Plant room
* Cleaning of the bins around the site
* Comply with rotas and any unforeseen circumstances
* Support company policy and agree to undertake reasonable duties as
directed

KEY CONTACTS/LIAISON:
Regular daily contact with Line and Site Manager. Daily contact with various Site Staff to assist with co-ordination of Site Operation.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Polite and amenable to guests and work colleagues
Maintain good personal appearance and look after the uniform provided
Good knowledge of all round maintenance preferrable, any skills in property maintenance an advantage however this role could suit someone with no experience willing to be trained. Hourly rate to reflect this.
