We're looking for an exceptional Retail Head Chef to take the reins of a flagship, chef-led food operation in the heart of London's financial district. This is not your standard kitchen role-this is a chance to shape a vibrant, multi-concept culinary experience serving a prestigious client.

The Role As Retail Head Chef, you'll have full creative ownership of menus and kitchen operations across all counters. You'll lead from the front-driving innovation, maintaining exceptional standards, and ensuring strong financial performance.
You'll also collaborate closely with our hospitality and fine dining teams, ensuring seamless service and consistency across all areas.
What You'll Be Doing Designing and delivering weekly menus across seven diverse food concepts
Championing seasonal, locally sourced ingredients to create fresh, exciting dishes
Managing food costs, GP, and stock control to hit financial targets
Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing culinary team
Working collaboratively with hospitality and fine dining teams
Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance
Keeping menus fresh by responding to food trends and customer preferences
What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef, Group Chef, or Senior Chef in a multi-offer or retail environment
Strong knowledge across street food, modern European, Asian, and global cuisines
Solid understanding of menu costing, financials, and stock management
A confident leader with a passion for team development
Creative flair with a genuine passion for innovation and food trends
