HR Apprentice Starting Salary: £16,000 (after first year move to national minimum wage) Studying: Level 3 HR Apprenticeship (CIPD Qualification Included) Location: Redditch (1 day a week completing apprenticeship either online or in college) Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9-5 with half an hour break Are you looking to start your career in HR and gain your CIPD qualification while learning on the job in a true HR Apprenticeship? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Apprentice / Administrator to join our supportive and friendly HR team in Redditch. Well provide the guidance, training and encouragement you need to grow in confidence and capability. What Youll Be Doing Youll support the HR team with a wide range of responsibilities, including: Responding to HR and payroll queries Supporting recruitment, interviews and references Preparing offer letters, contracts and new starter packs Managing Right to Work onboarding requirements Maintaining employee records and HR systems Assisting with payroll data entry Supporting benefits administration Tracking probation reviews and exit interviews Providing excellent internal customer service to colleagues and managers Over time, youll build the skills and confidence to take ownership of key processes. What Were Looking For Five GCSEs (including Maths & English at Grade 4/C or above) A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information Good IT skills (Word & Excel) Great communication skills and professional email/telephone manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service or administration experience is desirable A driving licence is preferable due to potential travel requirements to company sites and college/training as part of the apprenticeship course.
