We are looking for someone to join our small team to predominantly work as a waitress/Waiter. The food offer varies but the main part of the role will be preparing hot drinks and serving both drinks and food to our golf club members and visitors from our lunch menu. Experience of Bar Work is a bonus but training will be given in all aspects of the role.
The role will also involve serving at dinners and functions for anything from a small private dinner for 12 up to a celebratory event for 120 guests.
Regular day time hours will be offered from 10.00am-4.00pm 3-4 days a week with additional requests to support dinners and functions as required.
The role requires hospitality experience and the ability to multi task and think on your feet. As a small team there may be occasions where decisions need to be made in the managers absence and therefore we are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate previous experience of a level of supervisory experience.
There may also be a need for an element of food preparation of sandwiches and snacks during very quiet periods to support the chefs
The role is based within a prestigious golf club and therefore we are looking for a candidate who is well spoken and smartly presented.
