We are seeking a motivated Property Solicitor to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team based in the beautiful Scottish Highlands. Whether you already have a background in property law or are a solicitor in another discipline seeking a fresh and rewarding challenge, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Advising clients on commercial and rural property transactions
* Handling land and property sales, purchases, leases, and development matters
* Working on renewable energy projects including wind farm transactions
* Navigating the unique intricacies of crofting law
* Building strong client relationships across sectors including agriculture, energy, and local government
What We're Looking For
* A qualified solicitor (Scotland) with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Experience in property law is ideal, but solicitors with backgrounds in other areas who are looking to specialise in property law are encouraged to apply
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* A genuine interest in the unique legal landscape of the Highlands
