The Role:
* Develop CNC programmes for intricate and bespoke components
* Collaborate with production and scheduling teams to meet critical deadlines
* Maintain quality standards, including proving out first‑offs
* Create detailed work instructions and setup sheets
* Support operators in setup and prove‑out of first‑off parts
The Person:
* Proven experience programming 3 & 5 Axis CNC machines
* Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM and CNC programming techniques
* Proficient in Hypermill 3 and 5 Axis
* Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings
