Jenson Fisher is delighted to be working with our long-established client in Dundee to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting to the Company Accountant, the Finance Assistant will play a key role in assisting with daily financial tasks and supporting month-end and year-end processes.
Daily responsibilities include:
1. Purchase ledger processing
2. Bank reconciliations
3. Reconciling supplier statements and coding invoices
4. Accounts receivable activities, including issuing statements and resolving invoice queries
5. Assisting with monthly reporting and VAT returns
6. General accounts administration as required by the Company Accountant
7. Using Sage and Microsoft Excel daily
