About our Nursery
Rotherham is an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" purpose-built nursery with a capacity of 74 children, located on the grounds of Rotherham General Hospital. The nursery features four rooms, each fully equipped with excellent resources, including a natural heuristic area. Each room has access to large outdoor play areas, allowing children to freely move between indoor spaces and the gardens throughout the day. Located just 1.2 miles by road from the center of Rotherham, the facility also offers free parking for the convenience of parents and visitors.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
What We’re Looking For
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
* Skills: Good communication and excellent organisational abilities, with the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
