About Us - Proximity Support (DWX): The DWX team provides end-to-end support for Digital Workplace services across the organization, manages suppliers, ensures consistent service delivery, and communicates strategy updates to the business.
Role Overview: Based in Belfast, this IT Operations Manager will support daily operations of DW products, deploy Airbus hardware, and maintain relationships with business functions and support teams to ensure high-quality service delivery according to SLAs.
Responsibilities:
* Support the DW SDM in issue resolution.
* Monitor service quality using dashboards and reports.
* Manage escalations and relationships with service providers.
* Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient service delivery across borders.
* Contribute to projects to improve support models.
* Ensure compliance and act with integrity.
Experience Required:
* Supplier and service delivery management.
* Autonomous work and teamwork.
* Innovative problem-solving and IT interest.
* Knowledge of Belfast site and Digital Workplace is advantageous.
