They are renowned for their expertise in mixing, grinding, slicing, and filling systems, trusted by leading food producers to deliver complete processing lines and comprehensive aftermarket support.\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking a driven Key Account Manager to build on existing relationships and drive growth at group level within major food processing accounts. You will focus on expanding the company's presence across multiple sites, engaging senior stakeholders and procurement teams to maximize capital expenditure on equipment, aftermarket services, and spares.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nIdentify and develop strong relationships with group-level decision-makers and procurement teams across multi-site and national food processing groups.\nProactively map out group structures to uncover opportunities at sister sites and introduce the full equipment portfolio.\nAct as a trusted advisor, visiting sites regularly to understand operational needs and present tailored solutions.\nCollaborate with the wider sales and technical teams to deliver proposals that meet customer requirements and drive CAPEX projects forward.\nAchieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s continued market leadership and growth.\nSkills & Experience Required\n\nProven experience managing large, complex accounts — ideally within food processing or capital equipment sales.\nStrong understanding of group structures and procurement processes, with confidence in navigating multi-site organizations.\nA proactive, “hunter” mindset with the ability to open new doors and build strong, lasting relationships.\nTechnical understanding of capital equipment and processing solutions; knowledge of mixing, grinding, slicing, and filling equipment is a strong advantage.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.\nWillingness to travel extensively across the UK.\nMust be based within a 2-hour radius of Northampton.\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n£70,000 basic salary.\nUncapped commission structure — realistic OTE of £100k+.\nCompany car.\nPrivate healthcare.\n25 days holiday + bank holidays.\nPension and additional benefits.\n\nThis is an exceptional opportunity for a high-energy, strategic sales professional to join a market leader and make a significant impact across key national accounts.\n\nSER-IN
