Service Engineer (Field Based) Dorset & Hampshire | Full-Time We are currently recruiting a Service Engineer to support customers across the Dorset and Hampshire region. This is a field-based role suited to a practical, customer-focused engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving and working independently. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment at customer sites, ensuring a high standard of service and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities * Carry out field-based service, maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical and/or electronic equipment * Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently on customer sites * Undertake installation and commissioning of equipment where required * Provide a professional, customer-focused service at all times * Accurately complete service reports and documentation * Work in line with health & safety procedures and company standards * Liaise with technical and operations teams to resolve issues effectively About You * Previous experience in a field-based Service Engineer role * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Confident working independently and managing your own workload * Comfortable in a customer-facing environment * Basic IT skills (reporting, job management systems, email) * Full UK driving licence Desirable: * Electrical or mechanical qualifications * Experience working with electronic, automated or technical equipment * Background in installation, service or maintenance environments What’s on Offer: * Company vehicle * Ongoing training and development * Stable, long-term role within a growing organisation * Healthcare * 25 days holiday your birthday off
