About The Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the friendly face of the HC-One Care Home, responsible for greeting visitors including new enquirers, friends and family members of residents, healthcare professionals, and the local community. You will handle enquiries and provide advice and support both face-to-face and over the phone.
Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator, you will assist with clerical duties, maintain accurate filing, and meet deadlines. You should be proactive and able to work independently to ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed on time.
This is a full-time position, working 36 hours per week.
About You
Applicants should have previous receptionist experience, understanding the importance of first impressions. Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly manner are essential, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to respond appropriately. Attendance at safeguarding training and the ability to seek advice and escalate concerns are required.
