Are you an experienced Account Handler with a solid understanding of commercial insurance and a passion for delivering excellent client service?
We're working with a well-established and growing insurance broker looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to work across a varied book of commercial clients, supporting Account Executives and ensuring smooth day-to-day servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business processing
* Provide prompt, professional support to clients and Account Executives
* Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive cover
* Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with FCA requirements
* Help clients understand their policies and ensure their insurance needs are fully met
* Handle a broad range of commercial risks, from property and liability to fleet and packages
What we're looking for:
* Experience in a commercial insurance broking environment (essential)
* Strong technical knowledge of UK commercial insurance products
* A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive, client-focused, and team-oriented
* Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is a plus
