As a Trainee Property Manager at Felicity J. Lord Estate Agents in Shad Thames, you will receive:
1. £29000 OTE per year
2. Uncapped commission
3. Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm weekdays, and 9am to 5pm one-in-four Saturdays.

21. Booking and conducting property inspections
22. Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
23. Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
24. Deposit returns
25. Resolving rental arrears
26. Processing eviction requests
27. Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
28. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
29. Managing complaints
30. Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

Driving Requirements
41. You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence
42. Full access to your own vehicle so that it can be used for work purposes
