You'll have hands-on involvement across road, sea, and air freight, combining leadership, sales, and operational oversight. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing day-to-day freight operations across all modes Supporting and guiding a small operations and sales team Identifying, winning, and developing new commercial opportunities Improving margins through effective pricing and supplier negotiation About you You'll be a commercially minded freight forwarding professional with the confidence and capability to lead from the front.
