A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor to join its respected Family Department during an exciting period of succession planning and long-term growth.
This opportunity would suit a solicitor or trainee solicitor who is looking for more than just another fee-earning role. The firm is actively considering the future structure and leadership of the department as senior members of the team begin to plan towards retirement over the next 3–5 years. As a result, there is genuine scope for someone ambitious to progress into a key leadership position and help shape the future direction of the department.

Candidate Profile
7. NQ – 3 PQE Solicitor or with experience in Family Law
8. Trainee Solicitors, part way through their training are encourage to apply
9. Strong client care and relationship management skills
10. Ambitious and interested in long-term progression opportunities
11. Someone who enjoys collaborative working and contributing to team development
12. Comfortable working within an established and traditional practice environment whilst helping shape future growth
