Electromechanical Production Technician - Sunbury, TW16
Proactive Global is currently recruiting a highly organised Production Technician with experience in mechanical/electronic assembly, ideally with exposure to the medical device industry.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electromechanical Production Technician to join a small but growing team of assemblers and technicians. The successful applicant will be self‑motivated with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out electro‑mechanical assembly work on all products, following drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.
* Conduct testing on all products, working to drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.
* Work on prototype projects when required.
* Carry out inspection processes in line with QA procedures on all products when needed.
* Follow company quality management system procedures where applicable.
* Complete any packing requirements.
* Follow all H&S guidelines as set out in drawings, parts lists, procedures, work instructions, risk assessments, and QA procedures.
Skills and Experience
* Self‑motivated.
* Ability to work effectively within a small team.
* Experience with mechanical/electronic assembly, ideally in medical devices.
* Understanding of quality control and QA processes.
