This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled vocational teacher or experienced carpenter to support secondary-aged students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in developing practical skills, confidence, independence, and future employability. The successful candidate will deliver engaging theory and workshop-based lessons, supporting learners through practical assessments and helping them develop the technical knowledge, behaviours, and industry standards required within Carpentry and Joinery. A strong understanding of behaviour management is essential, as you will be working with students who may present a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and Moderate Learning Difficulties.
