Job Title: Catering Administration Assistant Location: Boundary Outlet, Colne Hours: 5 hours a day working 5 days a week. Our team works behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, and we’re looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join us. Role Overview: As a Catering Administration Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the business. You’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the catering departments run efficiently and providing valuable support to colleagues across departments. Key Responsibilities: Input supplier invoices and maintain accurate records Support rota creation, updates, and daily staffing changes Log and resolve anomalies, ensuring issues are followed up promptly Complete general admin tasks and housekeeping for the catering department Maintain due-diligence documents and compliance paperwork Work closely with the catering management team to support daily operations Flexibility to work occasional weekends What We’re Looking For: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines. A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential.
