Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Parts Advisor role located in Enfield. The Parts Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing national accounts and independent garage relationships, ensuring inventory control, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include receiving and processing orders, managing stock levels, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring that parts are supplied efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
* Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
* Experience in Dealer Management and Communication skills
* Proficiency in Inventory Control
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical qualifications are beneficial
