Shop Manager – Oxfam

Role Overview
Commercially aware, shop managers motivate their teams and create a safe, energised work environment. They hold high standards, have a strong drive to achieve results, and are accountable for their business. The role is empowered, varied, busy and offers the opportunity to work with amazing people. Oxfam operates a volunteer operating model – volunteers take on most tasks, including running the shop in the manager’s absence, while the manager is the only paid staff member. Managers enjoy working with others, delegate well, communicate effectively and constantly seek opportunities to attract new supporters. This role involves occasional Sunday working.
