Libertatem is looking for a Paediatric Nurse in the High Wycombe area. We provide high-quality complex care at home to clients by employing the best staff to deliver that care. We have a robust onboarding process where new employees complete training and paid induction, including shadowing a team member. This helps you understand your role and get to know your colleagues. Your management team will support you during induction to help you apply your training and answer questions. You will build your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and departments at Libertatem.
You will be supporting a young female client in her family home, involving her daily routine, promoting independence, and supporting physiotherapy. The home includes two younger siblings.

Supporting You
Being a Libertatem Nurse is about caring and building trust with clients and their families. If you have a caring personality and relevant experience, we offer online and classroom training in complex care needs.
You may work alone or as part of a team, and can support multiple clients if available. Before starting, you will meet your client and their family. Support is available through a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager, and you can access our ‘Carer App’ for additional resources. We provide all necessary support to make your role rewarding and fulfilling.
