About the Role
We're looking for a creative powerhouse with a flair for visual storytelling to design ads that don't just look good — they perform. As a Graphic Designer at Leadly, you'll craft high-converting social media campaigns for automotive and finance brands, turning complex messages into eye-catching, scroll-stopping visuals.
What You'll Be Doing
* Design compelling graphics for paid social ads that deliver measurable results.
* Create engaging content that showcases car models, finance offers, and lifestyle benefits.
* Collaborate with our media buyer and marketing team to test, iterate, and scale creative campaigns.
* Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively balance creativity with conversion goals.
* Experiment with new formats, motion graphics, and design trends to push creative performance forward.
Who We're Looking For
* 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in an agency or automotive/eCommerce environment.
* A portfolio showcasing paid social ad campaigns with strong performance outcomes (auto/finance a bonus).
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* A creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
* Keen eye for composition, colour, typography, and motion design.
* Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines.
* Bonus: experience in UI/UX or web banners/email campaigns.
