The company seeks a Customer Services Representative to join their friendly team.
This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. This is intended to be a hybrid working role, with typically three office days and two remote working days per week.
Providing outstanding customer service through phone and email.
Taking telephone orders and payments.
Supporting the sleep test team with their processes.
Some general data entry / admin tasks as needed.
Minimum two years of customer service experience (office or retail).
