Position Summary
The Partner Acquisition Manager is responsible for sourcing, qualifying and converting new Essential partners into the Fidelity channel. They build a strong pipeline of potential partners, articulate the commercial value of working with Fidelity and identify & progress prospects through a structured acquisition process. Once partners are signed, the Partner Acquisition Manager manages their onboarding, ensures early activity and supports initial performance until the partner is ready to transition into the wider channel team.
This role is central to driving sustainable channel growth by bringing in high potential partners and ensuring they form early strong foundations that enable long term development into Silver and Gold status.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Sourcing and Acquisition
1. Identify, research and prioritise potential partners that fit Fidelity’s Ideal Partner Profile
2. Build and manage a strong acquisition pipeline with accurate qualification and disciplined forecasting
3. Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to signed agreement using structured communication and clear commercial messaging
