I am working with a Microsoft partner who is looking to hire an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant who will be working with client stakeholders in order to discover user needs, goals and objectives.
Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize MS Dynamics 365 solutions.
* - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* - Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of implemented systems.
* - Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will include:
* full implementation lifecycle experience of CRM based programmes within MS Dynamics 365 and knowledge of the supporting business processes.
* experience in facilitating workshops to gather and document user needs and translating them into business processes and a product backlog.
* Hand - on delivering according to an agile methodology, planning projects and releases in sprints and writing Epics, Features and User Stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
- Experience in gathering requirements and stakeholder management.
Nice to have:
* Recent Microsoft certifications.
* Scrum master experience
