We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our client's growing team. The role is for a paraplanner or a financial administrator with a strong understanding of the sector, to support the Director's and be an essential part of the team.
This role can be tailored to your level of experienceand is available on a remote basis, with occasional in-office meetingsin Northumberland. Part-time arrangements are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and maintaining client files and financial plans
* Research and analysis to support financial advice
* Preparing suitability reports and recommendations
* Liaising with clients, providers, and colleagues to ensure seamless service
* Supporting the implementation of advice and ensuring compliance
Requirements:
* Proven experience in financial services, ideally in a paraplanning or admin role
* Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
* Excellent communication, time management, and IT skills
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning) are a plus but not essential
