Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced CCTV Operator to detect and prevent accidents, crimes and incidents on one of our esteemed sites. You will be working various hours covering days and nights. Day shifts are 06:30 – 18:30 and night shifts are 18:30 – 06:30.

What you will need
* Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus.
* Must hold a valid SIA CCTV Licence.
* Previous control room experience – desirable
* Previous CCTV system experience – desirable
* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft software packages (e.g. Excel)
* Able to achieve vetting to BS7858 standards
What you will do
* Liaise daily with peers, operational management teams and the client.
* Operate, monitor and prioritise all security systems located within the Control Centre in line with site instructions and current legislation.
* Manage access and egress in line with site assignment instructions.
* Record all events and actions monitored from within the control room.
* Respond to incidents or security issues as they arise.
* Report faults with the technology following the escalation process.
* Work with emergency services and other security providers to maintain high standards.
* Produce written reports on incidents in line with client requirements and company standards.
* Ensure the safety of all persons on site.
* Perform ad hoc duties as directed.
