Theatre Practitioner – Operating Department Practitioner – Scrub (RGN / ODP)

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Qualifications
You must be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC) and have relevant post‑registration experience in surgical scrub roles within a theatre environment. You should be a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
* Work in a multi‑disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
* Use state‑of‑the‑art technology, equipment and facilities
* Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
* Provide high‑quality peri‑operative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
* Create high‑quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
* Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training
