Role Description
Due to increased work load, The HACS Group are looking for an additional, experienced Site manager.
Managing new build and refurbishment sites within a 30 mile radius of Harrogate, experience is essential for this permanent position working on construction projects in Commercial, Industrial, residential, Defence and Healthcare sectors with project values between £1m and £10m.
Working alongside our extensive existing team, the successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of each project including managing our own staff and sub contractors, health and safety, works programming plus client and architect liaison. Also assisting with materials and sub contract procurement to ensure a top quality finished project is delivered to required deadlines.

Qualifications
* Proven track record of successfully managing construction sites
* Experience in Planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects
* Strong IT & communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
* Relevant certifications or degrees in construction management: Minimum requirement SMSTS qualification
