What you'll do:
* Oversee and manage daily office activities to support smooth operational flow
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules
* Maintain records, handle correspondence, and prepare reports as required
* Support team members with administrative tasks to enhance productivity
* Assist with document management and filing systems
* Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure office needs are met
* Implement office policies and procedures to maintain a professional environment
Who you are:
* Able to start immediately and commit for the next 5 months
* Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative role
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and office technology
