As a Restaurant Team Member, you will provide and create exceptional guest experiences, whether greeting guests or preparing bakery items. Your energy and passion for customer service will make you a top team member in this fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:
* Welcoming customers with a smile and friendliness
* Delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service
* Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
* Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are maintained
* Carrying out temperature checks and recording results
* Completing cleaning schedules and maintaining cleanliness standards
* Adhering to quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
* Supporting restaurant performance goals
* Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations
* Reporting work-related incidents or hazards promptly
* Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
