As a Talent Solutions Partner you will be completely focusing on the sales, recruitment, and delivery for clients across the USA. Every member of staff works a 4-day week.
You’ll be the architect, designing next-level talent acquisition projects, evolving your traditional 360 recruitment skillsets to the next level.
You’ll be backed by a platform that no other business can offer, award-winning infrastructure including a database of thousands of leads and a tech stack which compliments your talent mapping.
As a Talent Solutions Partner you will:
* Be our product suite expert, selling our unique products to leading clients across the US, focusing on the sales side
* Use our platform to build talent pools for clients
* Manage the process from beginning to end – attracting, sourcing, and placing leading talent across America
* Make the role your own, hiring your team to focus on delivery and driving success
* Leading client meetings, building strong relationships whilst communicating effectively given the different time zones
The ideal candidate will have some sales experience but most importantly will have:
