Driver Trainer
Location: Nottingham with travel around different sites

The purpose of this role is to provide sufficient training to ensure all drivers are fully trained to the required standards on all aspects of driving, operation of vehicle equipment, Health and Safety, periodic training and the relevant legislative required to perform their role.

Role Responsibilities:
Training Drivers to the highest standard regarding driving and safety.
Training to safely handle operation equipment and vehicles on customer sites and other sites,
Provide support in achieving relevant FORS accreditation.
Assessing driver training, providing guidance, coaching on driving techniques, operational equipment, managing SWPS - safe working procedures.What We Are Looking For?
HGV Qualified driving instructor or Assessor
Good organization and calendar management
Waste Management vehicle equipment minimum train the trainer (ideally) and other relevant qualifications
Knowledge of Fleet and transport compliance, driver compliance, tachographs, license checks.Company Benefits:
