HR Advisor | Global leading Financial services firm
Catalyst Partners is working with a leading financial services organisation to appoint an HR Advisor into its London‑based HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional ready to step up, joining a fast‑paced, commercially minded environment where HR is viewed as a true partner to the business.
Working as part of a close‑knit and high‑performing HR function, the role will support the full employee lifecycle while contributing to broader people initiatives across the firm.
Key responsibilities
• Managing employee benefits administration and acting as the main liaison with external providers
• Overseeing end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, family leave, flexible working and offboarding
• Preparing contractual amendments, probation reviews and employment confirmation letters
• Monitoring right‑to‑work and visa requirements, ensuring compliance and timely renewals
• Leading pre‑employment screening processes and escalating inconsistencies
• Supporting employee relations matters, HR policies, L&D initiatives and engagement activities
• Providing support across HR systems, including Workday, and contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement
Candidate profile
• Experience as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator, now ready to progress into an HR Advisor role
• Background within financial services or professional services is strongly preferred
• Part‑CIPD qualified or actively working towards qualification
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion
• Experience with HR systems; Workday exposure is advantageous
